Today, it was my wedding day. Midway through the ceremony, my grandma, who's tried to ruin every relationship to date, stood up and shouted that "it ain't right", "you're too good for her", and claimed my fiancée has been cheating on me, before she was finally ejected from the building. FML

@ erikabt820 : Not necessarily, in UK and Ireland, it is common to get married during the week for the simple reason that it is much less expensive than during the weekend. I am myself getting married next year on a Wednesday. :) @ SHAMUS_the_WITTY : you may restrain yourself from name calling, it is a logic question. I am French and it is the norm to get married on the weekend in my country. When I moved to Ireland, I was surprised to see that lots of people would get married during the week.
