Honestly I would hire that person, assuming they didn't bomb the rest of the interview. It shows passion. Or something.

Just keep in mind deep breaths for next time! I also heard that keeping an open posture prior to the interview boosts your confidence somehow (it was in a Ted Talk) so maybe try that next time, good luck!!
Maybe eat a healthy breakfast/brunch & do some running or exercise beforehand to relax yourself. Remember to breathe slow & deep!
