Today, I was watching a movie online. There was a 15 minute ad. 13 minutes into watching an ad about birth control, I noticed that there was a "skip this ad" button in the corner. FML

Today, at my workplace, a TV was installed just above my register at work which plays the same mind-numbingly awful 13 second ad on loop for the duration of our latest sale. The sale lasts for what are going to be three very long weeks. FML

Today, doesn't it piss anybody else off, as well as it seems a bit suspicious, that YouTube adverts will play perfectly without buffering or delay, yet the actual video you wanted to watch can spend almost 5 minutes buffering, and keeps stopping every 10 seconds to buffer again. FML

Today, I cancelled out of a video chat with my boyfriend to go take a dump. I took my computer with me to look at Facebook. It took three minutes for me to realize I was still on video chat. FML

Today, I sent my boss a link to a website I thought would answer a simple question she'd asked. Turns out, yes, the site did answer her question, but it also had some very suggestive ads on it. Apparently I'm the only person in the office who uses adblock. FML

Today, I was in a business meeting. I was giving a Powerpoint presentation to my boss and a few other associates. Then a notification popped up in the middle of my presentation reminding me that I needed to renew my pornhub subscription. FML

Today, my dad asked my help with a computer problem. Whenever he logged on Facebook, every single advertisement appeared to be hardcore porn. I had to awkwardly explain that these ads are based on his browsing habits. FML

Today, I was late to a sold out movie in the theater, so I had to shuffle in during the previews in the dark. I sat down in what I thought was the last vacant seat, but I'd really just sat in a small woman's lap. She was not happy. FML

it takes 30 secs load the ad, 30 secs to put on the condom and 14 mins to get to the ******. Thats 15 mins worth of birth control ad.

I've never seen an ad that long. But for some teenagers, prolonged ads about birth control is a must. Too many "oops, I'm pregnant" stories these days.

You lost 13 minutes... Not sure how this is an FML and it is likely that some people are more observant than others. I tend to overlook things myself sometimes, it's no real issue. : )
