Actually it does, barely. It's just not funny. The man helps an old woman from being mugged and the mugger takes the man's bike. The man shortly after dies and goes to hell without reading the note from his wife, which the mugger hands him because he happened to pick it up. For whatever reason, his wife, in the note, plans to treat him to a threesome if he chooses a different religion. The actual FML got completely lost in the story that the artist made. Good artwork, bad plot. It might be okay if it was the artist making up an FML, which is essentially what he/she did, but since it's an illustration of one that was already posted he really should have stuck with that storyline.
