Today, I was was leaving the library when I noticed an elderly woman being mugged. I was about to leave on my bike, but promptly went to help her. After I managed to scare off the mugger, I helped her to her car. As I was heading back to my bike, I notice the mugger riding off on it. FML

what do you mean by "scared him off"? If you're coming at him from the side, a quick forceful kick to the side of the knee will immobilize him and put him in excruciating pain (not to mention make you look like a total badass). It doesn't take a strong person, just good aim. Then, see how well he does in prison with a wheelchair.
