Try only having super pluses the first time you put one in, putting it in wrong and having to take it out dry...talk about pain..

the first time's always strange. it comes with practice. try a different angle and having one foot on the toilet to help your angle.

Its definitely hard at first. And sometimes you get the wrong size, which hurts alot. I wasted four or five trying my first time, I read the instructions and everything, I just couldn't get the hang of it. I gave up and used a pad instead. Tried it again when I was more relaxed.
