Today, I spent all day preparing a big, elaborate Italian dinner for my boyfriend, who recently discovered he was part Italian. He came home, turned up his nose and said "I was in the mood for Chinese". FML

time for a new bf. what an ungrateful ass. :/

yes he was rude for not being appreciative of the food you ate. But has he ever shown interest in italian food before? If not, why would you assume he suddenly wants to eat italian food just because he's found out he's part-italian? If yes, then he should just STFU and eat what's cooked for him. I get the impression, though, that you cooked italian food simply because he found out he's part italian, which seems a weird reason to me.

hey yo, **** that dipshit. he doesn't appreciate a good thing, he can get the ****. tell him he can go cook his own food if he's gonna act like a massive toolbag. i would have given you a hug or something mildly appreciative in nature. that's really lo, mein. |the kid|

it was quite nice of you to do that. but in all honesty, i don't see how him finding out he's Italian automatically means he likes Italian food XD

Should have said "I'm in the mood for a new boyfriend."

although half the ppl commenting are crazy, he really wouldn't want his national food for that reason. oh I'm German better get a sausage for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

so just cause he's half Italian he automatically wants an Italian feast? Gosh. xD

tell him "fine but your paying for it" then throw the phone at him and tell him to order the Chinese then you eat the Italian food

I would have threw it at him and if he yelled "What was that for!!" I'd say "I was in the mood." *shrug shoulders*
