Today, I purposely went offline on Facebook chat, just so people would think I actually have a life. FML

Today, I found myself lying to my diary. FML
Today, I had to lie to my boyfriend about having plans on tonight so he'd think I had a life outside of him. All my "friends" are going to a party. I'm not invited. FML
Today, I spent an hour deleting 70 of my status posts from the past week so I don't look so addicted to Facebook. Damn, I need a life. FML
Today, I've discovered that it's hard to convince your friend that your Internet won't stop randomly shutting off when he's trying to have a serious conversation with you. I'm actually not lying, but he thinks I'm trying to ignore him. FML
Today, I had to admit that I'm polyamorous. Well, I'm in several relationships. Parasocial relationships. With YouTubers and Twitch streamers. I talk to them through the screen. I can't remember what it's like to have real-life friends. FML
Today, I realized that I hate lying to my mom about having a boyfriend. FML
Today, I realized I've been sinking into a deep depression, ignoring all my friends, and don't know what to do with my life anymore. This is all because I gave up Facebook for lent. FML

hehe Nord-pas-de-calais is a region in the Nord of France... but if you look on the FML map you'll see that there is a congregation of FML in this region... and I don't think it's where all the crazy french ppl congregate (they are everywhere actually). :p

wow I do that too, except when I go offline I do it to get high. Plus I have social anxiety so that limits my ability to make friends. :/
