Honestly, it might not be you! I once hooked up with a guy and felt extreme regret the next day. I too thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life! I thought I had made such a mistake because it was too early and we weren't in a committed relationship. I knew he didn't love me- he just wanted to have sex and I felt bad that I gave in. I cried the whole next day. I felt cheap and used and I thought he'd never call again since he'd gotten what he wanted. However he called the next day, and the next. We kept on dating and he didn't pressure me to have sex again. We're now in a relationship and have sex all the time. We both really like each other and I'm glad he didn't give up on me! Try sending her a text or giving her a call... you never know how she feels, and if you really like her you won't give up on her.
