I agree and disagree. FML is here to make light of bad everyday situations or share extremely bad rare instances. While having an upset stomach might as well apply to literally everyone, the cheesy Star Wars reference really sells how bad it was and puts a unique spin on it. Wording is important, this FML is a prime example.
