Well there's a child in all of us. Some more than others.

My 3 yr old doesn't know how to work them (the covers that go on a door knob) but he knows how to take it completely off, open the door, then put it back on. I'm not sure if I should be impressed or upset! I still have a hard time getting them on/off but have figured out how to work it while on... 0_o

Gee, it's a good thing you didn't die. I hear those childproof doors are pretty darn dangerous.

When I was a kid I always broke them open. Haha.

My 1 1/2 year old goddaughter has a childproof gate and it took me several tries to figure out the trick to opening it. Too newfangled for me.

Yeah, unfortunately it seems the only people who can figure out child proofing, are children :/

Child proof doors are tricky? Any kid I know would break that shit to bits, this is our future generation

If it makes you feel any better, I can't open them either... But then again, I have paws, so I can't really open anything.

She tried turning the knob but she couldn't. Because it was childproofed. It's not that hard to figure out how.

It's true those doors are tricky! I think your best method OP right now is to grab with your fingers on the knob itself and not the plastic, won't come like a reflex instantly but eventually it will.

Don't feel bad OP. Happens to me all the time. Anything childproof these days are extra tricky.
