she was probably being an anti gold digger...because she probably makes way more than you and knows how to budget, and wants to know if you do too. or if she needs to walk. Noone wants to train a stumbling gambler. the ones that don't ask have these big webs and are usually trying to tippy toe and ensnare you before you relive they're a broke dead beat gold digger
