Today, I fractured a bone in my knee. Now not only do I have to wear a huge knee brace for the next two months, I'll have to sit around in a hotel room all of next week while my family has fun skiing in the mountains. FML

Don't sit in the hotel room all day! Find a ski lodge and sit by the fire chatting up snow bunnies (or whatever the male equivalent of a snow bunny is if you're a girl). Enjoy some hot cocoa and cute company.

I know how you feel... I've had two surgeries on my left knee for two different things and need another soon :/ just keep it elevated and take ibuprofen
