Uhm, correction- it IS illegal to have underage sex. The only thing is that it can't be prosecuted as Statutory Rape because there's no age difference. But it's still illegal.

36 - and all others.. If you look it up. In Canada the age of consent is 14. If you are under 16 there can be no more than 3 years between the 2, or it is statutory rape for the older person. If you are over 16 there are NO Restrictions. So it is not a load of bs. Just depends where you are from. And last I heard, they were going to change the age of consent from 14 to 12 in Canada, because so many kids are doing it, and there is nothing they can do about it.

Well, depends in what country. In Sweden you have to wait until you are 15. In the UK you have to wait until you're 16. And in the USA it is a range depending what state you're in.
