Today, I found out that my husband of five years was living a double life. He and his mistress have two children together and a third one on the way. He told me the only reason he stayed with me was for my money. I make about 8 dollars an hour and work two jobs to make ends meet. FML

That is disingenuous advice. Her husband is probably insolvent. Did you even consider the fact that he is mooching off of two women. One of them is working two jobs out of necessity and has the higher profit margin of the two. It would be insane for the OP to waste more time and money trying to sue someone who doesn't have any money. Her husband is judgment proof. Regardless of how deserving the OP might be, no benefactor from the sky is going to materialize and give her a bunch of money. Be a little more thoughtful.
