Today, I found out that my boss, who had promised me a raise, is not promoting me. He says I don't have the right 'vibe' and I'm not 'relaxed' enough for the job. FML

Today, I met with my boss hoping to hear about a possible raise that had been promised many months ago. He then told me that the only way I would get a raise was if I found a better paying job and took it, and that the company was in no position to offer anyone a raise. FML

I got the same but I just keep telling myself ill eventually get what I deserve and I go over and above but I wont suck up so hopefully our work speaks for itself eventually and we get our value equaled
