Same thing happened to me when I first did. Such a let down. Hopefully things improve for you. Make suggestions to your boyfriend. For me? Maybe if I had realised I was a lesbian sooner, things would have been better sooner. Haha.

It's not supposed to hurt, people. Normally it only hurts if she's too nervous and/or not aroused enough and, thus, probably shouldn't be having sex, or if she has vaginismus, and, thus, probably shouldn't be having sex. If it hurts, get back to foreplay, and try again afterwards.
