Today, I drove to my university to pick up forms and books. When I parked at 2:58 there was 30 mins on the meter. I returned at 3:32 only to find a parking ticket issued at 3:31. The worst part is, the books were not available until next week and I could've got the forms online. FML

#9, seriously? First of all what he did was stupid, secondly the fact that the girlfriend got it on camera is even worst! "Funny as hell" can get him arrested for assaulting an officer. Hilarious.

so basically you were too tight to add a few more minutes to the 30 mins someone else had left on, and then came back late? you totally deserved it, even if it was a shit trick to give you a ticket two minutes after it ran out.

Calm down. This is FML, not C-SPAN. No need to be an upright citizen here. Meter fairys (around my campus anyway) are worthless pos revenue generators, I would JUMP at the opportunity to smack one of those douches. Not to mention destroy their ticket books, which is a brilliant idea.

Cops who hang around for meters to run out are dooshes with nothing better to do. Although u were late and the fine may not have been big, this still sux. Special place in hell for coppers like this!
