Today, after religiously eating healthy, getting good sleep, and trying to keep my stress level low, I'm stuck in bed with aches, fever, sore throat, the shits and throwing up. My wedding is in 2 days. FML

you'll be fine but get yourself to call a doc or something to get some anti nausea medicine just in case. worked well with my husband.

Yes, the problem with most holistic and whole-body medicine is that diseases don't know it works, especially germs... (You probably just have a virus, though. Chicken soup, lots of fluids, rest when you can, and you should be fine on the wedding day. Most viruses go through you pretty fast.)
