Today, after learning that my wife has been cheating on me, I decided to distract myself by playing The Sims. Not long after I began, my Sim's wife basically started cheating on him. FML

Today, my son was playing The Sims, when I saw him remove the door to a room and set it on fire with a Sim trapped inside. I chuckled at first, until I saw that the Sim was me. Meanwhile, my wife's Sim was happily painting in the next room, not giving a crap. All too accurate, sadly. FML

Today, my husband of ten years was playing the Sims. I asked him about the house he built. Apparently, it was his dream house, and he recreated himself as a Sim so he could live in it. Then I asked him where the wife was. There was no wife. It was his happy place. FML

Today, I woke up to find The Sims 2 running on pause on my laptop. I unpaused to find my character and my boyfriend's were no longer together. Slightly confused, I went on to find the note my boyfriend left. It said, "I hope you can take a hint." I got dumped through a computer game. FML

If it ever happened to me I'd want to find out why. Then try to find out if she is willing to do the work with me to fix it because people cheat for a reason. While this is completely her fault, the OP did something in his wife's mind to justify this. I hope both of you do the work and try to make this work. If she doesn't want to then go drink with your bros. Better things to do than the sims

You shouldn't blame cheating on the victim until you know the whole story. And from the way this FML is worded, he just found out. He probably isn't ready to talk about it to people he's close too yet.

It is uncanny how creepily accurate the sims can be at simulating real life. Check your sim's info, and his sim wife's info. Does she have a full love bar?? Maybe you have been neglecting sim wife and real wife.... Just a thought! Either way, cheating sucks and I hope that you both can work out the issues in the relationship.

Anybody remember the FML where the husband made an exact replica of their home, and himself, their kid? Except the wife's sim wasn't there. A blonde named "Kiki" was instead.
