Well it could have been worse. They could have given you away (which isn't that bad) or they could have aborted you. And at least you have a father. Mine left my mom when he found out. And my mom was only sixteen.

To be honest I wouldn't care at all if my parents told me I was an accident. What is the big whoop that you weren't planned? Who cares? No really, someone please answer.

Well I, personally, felt bad when I was told I was an accident. I felt like I had been a burden to my single mother. Yes, she had the... other options, but she emotionally couldn't handle them and stepped up and raised me. She eventually got a boyfriend that she's been with for 17 years, had my little brother and now we're all a happy family! She refers to me as a happy surprise now. :) I don't think being called an accident is too bad once you get over the fact that there's nothing you can do but appreciate the life you have and the mother (and father) that gave it to you.

You can't be mad, it is what it is. Chances are not everyone is exactly a product of a newlywed couple ready for a family. You're here now so enjoy it.

well, i was born because my parents atempted "hippie spiritual altenative medicine" to abort me, not very effective as you can see.
