Sophie's choice

Today, after months and months of putting up with bleeding, I have made the connection that, if I orgasm, I will bleed the following day for days at a time, regardless of whether or not I should be on my period. FML

Yup, I'm not an expert (as in, I own neither a vagina nor an appropriate medical degree), but that REALLY doesn't sound healthy. There are conditions such as endometriosis that can cause similar issues (although a typical symptom of endometriosis is excruciating menstrual pain, which OP didn't mention). Either way, talk to you OBGYN. It might turn out to be something benign, but it sure as hell doesn't sound like it.

That doesn't sound healthy at all!
You should definitely see a doctor, and until then, maybe only sleep with guys that don't give you an orgasm...

Obviously see a doctor but have you considered that you're being too rough, or maybe your nails are making cuts or if you're using an object that isn't designed for that and something is scraping...

Getting off is good fun and all but in today's culture people practicaly abuse thier genitals rather than have a healthy sexual relationship with someone. Consider dialing it back a notch and if you need to get too rough to get off maybe you need a sensitivity break.
