Yup, I'm not an expert (as in, I own neither a ****** nor an appropriate medical degree), but that REALLY doesn't sound healthy. There are conditions such as endometriosis that can cause similar issues (although a typical symptom of endometriosis is excruciating menstrual pain, which OP didn't mention). Either way, talk to you OBGYN. It might turn out to be something benign, but it sure as hell doesn't sound like it.
I go through the same thing. I chalk it up to my BC. Although mine seems to happen after using a vibrator
