Today, as revenge for not buying her a new iPhone, my twelve-year-old daughter told her father that my boyfriend, who just moved in with us, is on the sex offender list. My ex turned my boyfriend into the cops and his parole could be revoked. FML

Actually.. it can. My late hubby's ex wife literally wh0red out her 12 year old to a guy that was molesting then having sex with her at 13.. she married him and they never slept together. I found out later after they divorced or I would have called CPS myself. And yeah.. she knew. My step-kids knew.. it was no secret.

There is so much wrong here I can't even fathom it. Normally on a post like this I'd say your daughter sounds like a spoiled brat. BUT, in this case, she did the right thing by telling her father. In fact, maybe it wasn't even revenge for not getting a phone - maybe she's actually afraid of the creeper who's going to be living under the same roof as her. Why the hell would you be dating a registered sex offender when you have kids, and why would you want said offender to be anywhere near your kids? You just let him move in with you, and you're worried about his parole? JFC...
