Today, I got reamed out because we charged a customer $300 in labor, all because my manager doesn't know anything about how car electrical systems work, and I found the issue in the car about 4 hours before the manager decided he was right about it having a parasitic draw. FML

That sounds cheap for any shop/dealer. Unless it was a fuse, then that isn't bad overall.

Did you charge too much or too little? Car electrical systems have morphed into IT networks. You could kept the car for days and charged thousands!
