You have my sympathy, kidney stones are indeed very painful! Be glad you passed it. Talk to your doctor about what you can do to reduce the chances of getting them - Sometimes it’s matter of diet.
Definitely talk to your urologist about treatment options and reducing risk of one getting stuck. Having had one surgically extracted, I can tell you it is fortunate yours passed. Diet options include cutting back on sodium/salt, drinking lots of water, cut back on sodas and processed foods.
And caffeine is a diuretic (makes you pee/dehydrate). Thay is a pain I would not wish on my worse enemy.
@Thaylok Aye, that was the damn worst pain in my life! Thank God for the ER. I was told it's comparable to child birth...
