Are you tryna bulk on muscle eating all those protein bars?! I hope so cause I've never heard of something eating that much as a meal plan. Most protein bars taste disgusting as well so I give you credit for eating that much (that is if you're tryna put on muscle mass). Maybe cut back a little on the bars include white meat and more fruits & vegetables to be more kind to your stomach. Eating high amounts of protein can indicate lack of fiber for smoother bowel movements so try a fiber bar since you already like bars and psyllium husk supplements.
Protein bars are meant as a post workout SNACK. Most have 20+gr protein, but nothing else like fibre, vitamins, nutrients needed for digestion. Apple a Day keeps a doctor away, five apples will fill your stomach with gas, and acid, and with protein bars you're looking at a perfect storm. Never use protein bars to replace a meal, and definitely not 16bars. Read the package and see how much you over did it. Are you somehow combining binging with OMAD? Because that is a BAD idea. I suggest thinking very hard about why you did this and seek professional help if necessary.
