Today, I found out that the myth about what happens when you dream you're going to the toilet is not entirely untrue. At least for me. FML

It is a myth. What happened to you is just a coincidence. Just because you dreamt of ******** the bed doesn't mean that caused you to actually shit the bed.

Yeah, that's not a myth. Empty everything as well you can before bed, and don't drink copious amounts of water or anything that's diuretic, just to be on the safe side.

I know first hand that when you dream about a toilet or a bathroom, you should wake up and go to the bathroom. Just tell yourself before sleeping "I will wake up if I see a bathroom" and you'll be safe.
