Yeah you know what he IS a keeper. Unless he cheats and treats her like shit. So he wasn't ready to say "I love you", what's the big deal? Maybe he does love her and it's hard for him to say it. Maybe he needs more time. But no no, dump him because he's not quite ready to say "I love you".

Well hopefully you two have been dating for quite some time or you might have scared him off.. But if that's not the case then just give him some time :) saying I love you to your special someone is a huge commitment. And maybe he's not fully ready to say it back.

Maybe he's nervous?.. Not everyone acts the same nervous. Maybe he wanted to say it as well, just couldn't get the words. A pat on the head doesn't instantly make you his dog.
