Unless Mom owns the business, how can you manage employees if you cannot manage your relationship with Mom? That’s why you are getting no respect… If Mom owns the business, then you are screwed as long as you work for Mom.
well for 1 there should have been no discipline occuring in front of others. that is to be taken to a private room. and for 2 if you actually listened to your mother then you are a mama's boy. you're presumably a grown ass adult she didn't "make" you do anything
I don’t know when we became soft in our society. We need to return to employee discipline being public and scathing.
