Today, I was checking my kitten's neutering stitches when he farted so hard that a stray piece of cat shit shot out and hit me in the eye. FML

EW! But seriously, why were you checking the stitches? Were you supposed to? Did the vet tell you to? If not, that's on you, but I won't go so far as to say you deserve the cat sharting in your face.

Ironically, that procedure doesn't usually require stitches. Still need to monitor the incision though.
