Guilty as charged

Today, my boss asked me to help train his son, so I put him to work cleaning tools covered in oil. He didn’t warn me his son has a violent temper, and would overreact at being asked to work for a living by dumping the bucket of tools on my head, breaking my glasses and concussing me. FML

Assault and battery. Pretty sure either your boss or his son owes you damages.

Go to the hospital, get checked out to make sure nothing is broken (plus since it happened at work, your job has to pay), then call the police to file a report about the assault

His son needs to be arrested, and his boss owes him at a minimum workman's comp as it was an injury on the job. He probably could sue one or both of them too. I'd have called police immediately on that bastard.

many years ago somebody did something very similar to me except it was a metal bucket full of files and metal shavings so I proceeded to grab one of the files that had just hit me in the head stuck the bucket on top of his head and then started hitting the bucket. fun times were had lol
