damn, sucks to be you... fyl.
Steal the exact value of the glasses in merchandise. Especially if it's a sex shop you may have hit the jackpot.
OP you can have my glasses :) I don't wear them anyways
Pay for the merchandise, and then demand your boss pay for your property she destroyed. If she balks, go over her head.
Why did your boss have to run to check the fallen box? It's not going anywhere by laying on the floor.
... But it might! I don't know how or why but if I believe in it hard enough it is possible. Just like beliefs.
have you had an accident at the workplace that wasn't your fault? call injurylawyers4u.co.uk
Obviously, I'm leaving this comment via voicemail.
goodluck driving home I guess I would like to see how that worked out though lol
not legal in the slightest...your boss would technically owe you for your glasses...
...if the FML was true.
that's hilarious

No, no, no. Why do so many employees think that they are personally responsible for expenses associated with workplace accidents? Damage to equipment, merchandise, or the facility is the responsibility of the business owner as are employee medical expenses resulting from the workplace accident.
