If you're in good health, and sleeping during the day doesn't affect your work/studying, then what does it matter? Kristoffer is right about speaking to your GP, but as long as you're okay, the healthy thing to do is to sleep when you're tired. I've spent the past year working from home, and if I feel too tired to carry on, I stop, go to bed, then pick it up later. Granted, we can't all have that luxury, but you have to put your health first. If that means a midday nap, so be it.
