Get out!

Today, during a small argument over clothes of all things, I totally lost my temper and broke up with my boyfriend. He is refusing to take me back and I’m now screwed as his wage paid about 60% of our joint bills. I may lose my flat. FML

Are you sorry for losing your temper because you realized that you were an idiot getting upset over nothing really, or are you sorry because you were an idiot and realized how screwed you are financially?

I would say you losing your temper is probably why he won't get back with you.

I sincerely doubt the clothes were the reason he decided to break up with you.

I don’t have one 1

he didn’t break up with her, she did it

He’s the one refusing to get back together with her, though, which I think counts as breaking up.

Refusing to get back together is in no way comparable with breaking up in the first place.

Just hurry up and get a boyfriend who doesn't have his head up his ass when it comes to clothes. How hard can that be?

i'm pretty convinced, people who lose their temper over small stuff, never really suffered the consequences of their own actions.

Maybe you learn, maybe you don't. Sounds like your ex-boyfriend learned. YDI.

sorry, but if you argue - seriously argue - about CLOTHES, you're not mature enough to be in a relationship by at least a decade.

Arguments can start over anything and for any reason. Wether or not they are mature, is determined by how they handle the argument. In other words, I disagree with you. They are not mature, because they broke up over something as little as clothes - not because they had an argument.
