Get me out of here

Today, I work at a super toxic workplace, where the owner/boss takes part in some rude/bullying behavior and does nothing when I'm being bullied by coworkers. As a matter of fact, he takes their side. I have been looking for a new job in what I do, but haven't had any luck. FML

if you're works ng in Manufacturing, or any other nd of warehouse job, that's pretty par for the course, you start fighting back with your words, and they will encourage you too, or at least they should, that was my experience anyway. toughened me up a lot, and helped with future jobs when I knew I had the ability to say no, or fight back against something I knew wasn't right.

Record it all happening, bring it to a lawyer & the cops, then sue them for workplace endangerment.

I worked in a place like that. don't know how the hell I listed a year and a half there. you can get another job, it'll take time.
