Today, I discovered the office coffee machine had been replaced with a complex espresso maker. I'm so introverted that instead of asking for help, I spent the day googling how to operate it, all to end up with a cup of lukewarm frothed milk. FML

See if you can catch someone else trying to sort it out themselves, then you can just chime in and say you’d like to see how they do it since you don’t know either. I had extreme social anxiety when I was younger and found shared experiences helped me speak up a bit.

That's not introversion. That's social anxiety. You can overcome it with therapy, medication, a lot of hard work, or some combination of the three.
