Today, a customer came to make a return - a bag full of clothes without tags that weren’t from our store. I kindly told her she couldn’t return them. She had a full blown meltdown, pulled down her pants, urinated and defecated on the ground. Security escorted her out. My coworker and I had to clean it up. FML

I'm so sorry, that must have been awful! Why did you two have to clean it up? You should have refused. You weren't hired to handle biohazardous materials.

No, you didn't have to clean it up. You walk out and request a mental health leave. Watching a grown woman piss and shit on the floor is traumatizing! A few weeks of electroshock therapy should ease the pain. Unless you're into that kind of thing.
