I would suggest communication with her but if she's giving that type of attitude to "go have sex with other people", then maybe. If she didn't say that because that's what she may be doing (I hope not), then I'd say it is. If she's stayed faithful (I personally doubt it but I could be wrong), then I'd give a few last efforts to communicate that that's what you want. Together time.
And this is why I get duped. I read through the story and completely whiffed on something that was patently obvious to other people (that the wife is being unfaithful.) Even if not, she’s mentally checked out. Saving your marriage is an unlikelihood.
Make certain she does know you meant spending time together, that sounds like the sort of thing someone juvenile might say in an argument. If she did know that, you're right the marriage is done.
