Bye then!

Today, after more than two years of saying that I'm depressed and I need professional help, that my husband always rejects, saying, "You can always talk to me, my dear," he finally said that I'm his biggest problem in life, he's not happy with me, and wants me to move out. FML

If you thought you needed professional help why didn't you get it? You don't need your husband's permission.

You should get some professional help. It’s never too late to start. Not saying it’ll save your marriage but it might help you out a lot.

He probably has 100 problems, and if you leave, he'll be down to a manageable 99.

If your name is on the lease/mortgage then do NOT move out. If you are not on any legal papers, then he has to do a full eviction so make him take it to court if that's the case. And please, talk to a therapist. Look out for you.

Tell him if he doesn't want to live with you anymore, he can move out. Speak to an attorney IMMEDIATELY. And take a good chunk of money out of the bank account before he takes it all when he goes.

If he leaves, I'll bet your depression will diminish immensely. Also, lawyer up ASAP.
