Clearly your girlfriend is confused about how bondage works. It's about trust, not abuse. Too many people think that bondage means they can do whatever they want to the tied up person and it's cool. The person tied up should never be forced to do anything they don't want. Safe, sane, and consensual. Have a safe word and use it. If you had one and she ignored it for her own enjoyment, then you can't trust her. If you want to give her another chance, have a thorough discussion with her about boundaries, safe words, both of your needs, and perhaps give yourself some options if she goes too far again. Don't let her tie you up in a way you can't get out of until she proves herself, maybe.
