Bodyshaming king

Today, it's my sixth month of working out 5 days a week, watching what I eat while my family eats like kings, and only losing 2lbs. It's also the day husband said he misses my 20 year-old body and no longer finds me attractive, but that's okay because he "loves me anyways and it's good to know where we stand." FML

if you're working out hard, you actually might not be eating enough. it's possible you could actually lose weight if you increase your food a little, especially if you increase your protein

I was just about to say this. Also depends on how you’re working out muscle is heavier then fat. Dont do cheat days. Everyone’s body is different you need to find out how your body works best, the fad diets work but not for everyone. Don’t give up. It doesn’t happen over night a year from now you’ll look back and be happy you didn’t let this bring you down

You can lose a lot of weight fast by divorcing your husband. Meanwhile, consult a nutritionist and keep trying.

That doesn't seem possible. Sounds like you should talk with a trainer/nutritionist. Conservatively 6 months is long enough to safely lose about 24 pounds. I suspect you must be sabotaging your good efforts somehow. Though if your goal is to get back to a size 00 probably not going to happen.

Have you spoken to a dietician? They may be able to give you some advice on what sorts of foods you should be eating. Also, have you had your thyroid checked? An under active thyroid can make it difficult to lose weight.

He better still have his 20 year old body
