Leave bad reviews on Facebook and other sites also report them to the Better Business bureau. Assholes like that need to be called out on their shit.

No, they do not. If they refuse service based on certain factors, they are in violation of the law.
At the very least leave a bad review (just tell the truth) and use a different bakery for your bakery needs. Obviously this owner is a nut job. Unfortunately some small business are owned by nut jobs. Larger businesses usually cannot get away with that kind of behavior because they are under more scrutiny and the management is usually more professional. Many larger grocery stores have a bakery right inside the store. It’s not quite like an old time independent bakery, but most are pretty good.
Report the person. If you are in the United States or certain European countries, you are protected by anti-discrimination laws (The EU has similar laws as the United States.
