Today, my ex is bad-mouthing me, saying I dumped her because she got fat. That’s not true. I left because she completely gave up on life, no matter how much I tried to help. Not only did I get her gym membership, I even paid out of pocket for a mental health professional. That’s not cheap. FML

If she had mental health problems then you gave up too quickly. Working out is great and all but if she had mental problems that were so severe you usually don’t even wanna get out of bed. So it’s pretty ignorant on your part

I don't see the problem with breaking up with someone for getting fat. I mean it's basically an awful life choice that trashes her health and image. Would you be the bad guy if she had taken up meth instead? You're not obligated to stay with someone period.
