Today, I was expecting two packages containing tools, but only one arrived. Interestingly, it was NOT the one where I had paid extra – for the first time ever – to guarantee delivery today. Now I have a set of bits and no ratchet to turn them. FML

well if op payed for a guarantee then they're getting a refund so it definitely could be worse. he'll Amazon has given me free things because of their deliver by guarantee.

And this is why I despise the post office. The more money they get (in this case, the extra money you paid for shipping), the worse their service is.
