As soon as you can leave her, you should.
It sounds like Mom is experiencing some sort of an emotional crisis, probably having nothing to do with you. We would all like to have stable, well balanced parents who always do the right thing. Unfortunately we are stuck with the parents we have. Anyone can have a problem sometimes that’s just more than they are prepared to deal with. If Mom is normally reasonably mentally balanced cut her some slack and later she may be apologizing to you. On the other hand if this is typical for Mom then you are going to have to learn to be the sane one and try to minimize at least the kinds of interactions she has with you that set her off. I wish I had better advice.
Sounds like your mom is working through something. Also if you have weather control powers and you just use them to grief your mom that's a jerk move.
