Wow this exact thing happened to someone I know when we were at a fancy dinner party. Very uncomfortable situation, I must say.

138- Yes many things are possible when you sneeze, such as collapsing a lung. I assume noodles didn't end up entangled in you ribs when you sneeze. Therefore cracked rub have nothing to do with noodles being stuck in other places than your nose when you sneeze.

#172 the cracked ribs part of my comment was just to add to my 1st sentence that with a hard enough snezze an anything is possible, but read it just as it is, be imaginative (don't know if I spelled that right), and don't take it so seriously, as for my 1st comment, when I read the fml I got mental pic of guy with noddles in his nose, then I thought lol that funny if he snezzed hard that he shat his pants.
