Yeah honestly, they do make shoes for that. Especially for greasy kitchen floors. Not that a McDonald's budget really calls for it but if you'd like to not smash your skull on the floor; get better work shoes.

Walmart carries Shoes For Crews(non slip, oil resistant) for a measly 13-18$ for the cheaper pairs that will last 4-6 months if taken care of.
