What a great FML. Almost every comment was about duct or duck tape, chairs, or hand washing the dishes. Thumbs down for all of em. Felt good.

For se reason some was cut off. If I left it to get a chair or anything it would pop open and restart the whole cycle (30 min cycles) my mom went in the shower so she couldn't get me anything. Another thing is I was able to sit on the floor to use my phone (thank God). Finally, due to being anaphylactic to milk and eggs, I could not have wash the dishes (my family still eats them) Thanks for commenting and have a nice day everyone!

I honestly prefer washing dishes by hand instead of using a dishwasher, the dishwasher doesn't seem to get them as clean, especially cups. With our dishwasher anyway, you have to rinse the dishes thoroughly before putting them in if you want them to get completely clean, but after that point it seems pointless to put them in the dishwasher. I read your comment OP that you couldn't have washed the dishes by hand, but your mom should have. She sounds like she was being lazy that day. :/
