Dump her. She just told you who she was. She violated. It proves she's needy and doesn't truly trust you and that's a bad combination because she will always want emotional validation but it will be impossible to fulfill because she doesn't trust you're being genuine. And all this stems from the fact that she is insecure and you can't fix that for her.
