Today, my pregnant girlfriend who went back to England to be with her mom when she haves her baby, broke up with me without giving a reason and blocked all communications. I lost the love of my life, my unborn child and my hopes and dreams and I don't know why. FML

this sounds worrying to me, it is ringing alarm bells that she might be I'm danger. Did she actually say she broke up with you? was it over the phone or text or did she just block you? this seems really weird and dodgy. I would go and find her to check she is safe and not being trafficked or forced to cut contact or something. if it is out of character (or even if it is in character) it sounds extremely dodgy and worrying. check the baby is ok too.good luck OP.
